Colour INKspirations Challenge #78 featuring Stampin' Up! Tasteful Touches Stamp Set

Hi there!  I'm really honoured to be Guest Designer for Challenge #78 over at Colour INKspirations.  For this challenge, I wanted to do some simple stamping and try and keep to a one layer card.  Almost did it!  Colours for this challenge were Blushing Bride, Gray Granite and Early Espresso. We were also allowed to add Basic Black, Whisper White, Very Vanilla, Crumb Cake and metalics. I have used the Tasteful Textures Stamp Set from Stampin' Up! which will be availabe to purchase from my online store after June 3, 2020.

To begin, I took the feather stamp and stamped in both Blushing Bride and second generation Gray Granite (first generation was just too harsh) down the left hand side of my card base below the mid-way score line.

I also stamped a feather in each colour on the piece of card stock reserved for the topper and to finish, I stamped my sentiment from the same stamp set in Early Espresso ink.

To complete the card, I took a small scrap of Gray Granite card stock which needs to be as long as your card front and glued this to my topper card stock to show a tiny feature strip  Mine measures 1/16". I then went ahead and glued this whole topper piece to the front of my card base.  I added three rhinestones which I coloured with my Dark Gray Granite Stampin' Blend alcohol marker.

I finished off the inside of my card by stamping the feather in Blushing Bride and again in Gray Granite over in the right hand corner.
