WCMG December 2021 Colour Challenge feat. Artistically Inked Bundle

Hello my crafty friends!  Welcome and thanks for popping in!

Today I'm sharing a card that was created for the World Card Making Group over on Facebook.  They have a Colour Challenge happening in December and I was asked to participate as part of the Team.

The colours were chosen by the fabulous Vicky Wright and my card features the Artistically Inked Bundle.  I have chosen Basic White as my Neutral Colour.

 Supplies Needed:
  • Bundle: Artistically Inked Bundle
  • Dies:  Tailor Made Tags Dies
  • Cardstock: Night of Navy (card base), Basic White (inner, card front, die cut and sentiment)
  • Inks:  Balmy Blue, Night of Navy, Granny Apply Green
  • Embellishments:  Crinkled Seam Binding, Iridescent Rhinestones Basic Jewels
  • Adhesives:  Tombow Multipurpose Glue, Dimensionals
  • Tools:  Paper Trimmer, Take Your Pick Tool, Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine

Construction:

For this card you will need:
Night of Navy cardbase with a landscape perspective
A Basic White Inner measuring 1/4" (0.5 cm) smaller on two sides than the card front.
A Basic White card topper measuring 5/8" (1.5cm) smaller on two sides than the card front.
A piece of Basic White cardstock large enough for the large detailed die cut from Artistically Inked.
A piece of Basic White cardstock large enough for the sentiment of your choice.

Die cut the large detailed floral die from the Artistic Dies in Basic White.
Using the die cut as a guide, stamp the large floral/splatter image and the second to largest floral image in Balmy Blue ink.
Using the die cut as a guide, stamp the smaller flowers in Night of Navy ink.
Using the die cut as a guide, stamp both leaf images in Granny Apple Green ink.
Stamp the greeting in Night of Navy ink and die cut using the smallest tag die from Tailor Made Tag Dies.

Add some Crinkled Seam Binding to the tag.

Glue the die cut over the stamped images using Tombow Multipurpose Glue.

Attach the sentiment using Dimensionals.

Add a few of the Iridescent Rhinestone Basic Jewels for something extra special.
