Backpack Gift Box

Hello and Welcome!

Today I'm sharing a 3D project inspired by the amazing Sam Calcott at Mixed Up Crafts.  Her finished project was quite large which I should have realised when it mentioned that in the title.  I recommend you go and check out Sam's gift boxes - she has gone that extra mile when it comes to using different patterned card stocks and different options for decorating overall. I would definitely use card stock for the main construction rather that patterned papers as I feel paper would be too flimsy.

We had two little international visitors come and stay for a little while and I made these as gifts when they left us.  Mum and Dad also got a small gift but nothing as elaborate as these.

I've modified the measurements somewhat to fit the A4 size card stock but will also include measurements for the US size.  A little warning, this used just over three sheets of card stock but the finished project is definitely worth it.  All measurements are in inches.
