Hello and thanks for stopping by!
If you're new to my Blog, welcome and together with those returning, I hope you enjoy the project I have for you today.
Today I am sharing a project created for Colour INKspiration Challenges #178. The inspiration photo for this Challenge was chosen by me and our Guest Designer for this Challenge is the fabulous Janette Goodall. I can't wait to see what everyone has created.

I took advantage of these five gorgeous colours which are very much in line with a contempary Christmas, but could easily be used for any other occasion and did some stamping. I picked out a few stamp sets are are now in the Last Chance Products category in my Stampin' Up! Store plus a couple more (this technique is usually product heavy). Keeping a simple design of stamping posies down the centre of a sheet of Basic White A4 cardstock, the outcome is quite pleasing.
A full list of the stamp sets used is mentioned below.
A full video tutorial showing the stamping can be found HERE on my You Tube Channel or by clicking on the photo below.
To create the cards, the stamped sheet was trimmed to create 3 pieces measuring 3 5/8" x 3 5/8" and 2 pieces measuring 3 5/8" x 5 1/4" to make up 5 cards. These pieces were matted onto pieces of Real Red and Balmy Blue cardstock, offset to create fun, jaunty layers.
SUPPLIES:
- Stamp Sets: *Drizzling Droplets, *Irresistible Blooms, Textured Floral, Cheerful Daisies, *Queen Bee
- Inks: Lemon Lolly, Flirty Flamingo, Real Red, Shaded Spruce, Balmy Blue
- Cardstock: Basic White
*These stamp sets are on the Last Chance Products in my store and are only available to purchase while stocks last.
Another option for cutting into cards ...

Just a reminder to use ALL the Challenge colours unless stated. If you don’t have the colours in our palette, feel free to use the closest Stampin’ Up! substitute – Calypso Coral instead of Flirty Flamingo for example. Thank you so much taking the time to drop in. I hope I have inspired you and if you like what I have shown or if you have any questions, please leave them in the comments section below.
