Alternate Valentine's Card - Colour INKspiraiton Challenge #181

Hello everyone and welcome!  

Today I am sharing a card that has been created for Colour INKspiration Challenge #181.  The inspiration image for this Challenge was chosen by fellow Crew Member, Lou Kitselman and our Guest Designer is the amazing, Monique Fielder.  I can't wait to go and see what everyone has created and if you are inspired by the colours and my project, please do join us over in the Colour INKspiration Challenges Facebook Group with your own project.  There are more details below on how you go about it.

This is something a little alternative to the usual reds and pinks for Valentine's Day.  If you aren't a big Valentine's Day celebrator, then this might be right up your alley.  It could also be a great 'thank you' card.

I created nine 'tokens' in all four colours using the Around It All Dies and combining it with the Adoring Hearts Dies, swapping around the pieces and placing these in a grid pattern.  

The centre die-cut pieces were adhered in a loose, untidy way, for a funky, modern look. By all means, you could easily glue them in so they fit neatly if this isn't to your taste but I kinda like the white peeking through on each one.  You could also swap out the sentiment for another of your choice to suit the occasion.  This card measures 5 3/4". x 5 3/4" and feel free to add embellishments if you so desire.

• Cardstock:  Basic White Thick, Pool Party, Coastal Cabana, Summer Splash, Asure Afternoon
• Ink:  Early Espresso
• Tools:  Paper Trimmer, Mini Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine
• Adhesives:  Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue
