My project features the Cheerful Daisies Dies which I teamed with the Perennial Postage Bundle. Two levels of daisy pieces were die-cut, the larger piece was trimmed to achieve the look I was after prior to gluing the top layer on.
A piece of Basic White card stock was trimmed to fit inside the postage stamp die-cut and then ink was gently blended in three corners leaving the fourth free of colour. This piece was glued onto the postage stamp.
Before adhering this onto the card front, the sentiment was stamped using Basic Gray ink. The smaller daisy was adhered directly to the 'postage stamp', the larger daisy was attached with a Dimensional and the leaves were also combination of glue at the base of the stem with Mini Dimensionals under each leaf.
To finish the inside, I used the residual ink on each of the brushes to add a little colour to the bottom right corner and glued a second, smaller daisy in the same spot and trimmed any over-hang.
I kept the front of the card simple and didn't add any embellishments but feel free to add some if that's to your taste.
All supplies can be purchased through my online store HERE or by clicking on the thumbnail links in the Product List featured under this post.
